Terms and Conditions of Bite Size Nutrition Support

Welcome to Bite Size Nutrition Support and our Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”). Our goal is to help you develop a healthy relationship with food while optimizing performance in the gym, losing weight, and recovering like never before. These Terms are important and affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully.

Agreement and Acknowledgment

Bite Size Nutrition Support (“Bite Size Nutrition,” “we,” “our,” “us” or “Company”) operates https://bitesizenutritionsupport.com(“Site”) and our mobile applications(“App”) and makes them available to visitors and users in the United States (“you” or “your”). By completing the registration process, or by visiting or using our Site, our services, our App, you represent and agree that: (1) you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and (2) you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us, and you have the authority to enter into the Terms personally or on behalf of the individual you have named as the user and to bind either yourself or the named individual to these Terms. The term “you” refers to the individual or legal entity as applicable, identified as the user you registered on the Site. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not access or use this Site, the App, or our services.

These Terms govern all aspects of your interactions and relationship with Bite Size Nutrition, including without limitation, visiting, and interacting with the Site and App, receiving promotions from us, participating in activities or sweepstakes/contests involving us, purchasing services from us, and receiving communications from us, including promotional texts, calls, and emails. We urge you to download or print these Terms for ease of reference and to keep a copy of the Terms for your records. When changes are made to these Terms, Bite Size Nutrition will make a new copy of the Terms available on the Site and the App. We will also update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms. If you do not agree to any change(s) you may not use the Site, the App, and/or our services. Your continued use of the Site, the App and/or Offerings constitutes your acceptance of such change(s), and such changes shall apply prospectively only.

License and Site Access

Company grants you (the user) a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal use of our Site. This license does not include the right to distribute or publicly display any content on the website, modify or otherwise make any derivative use of the content on the website, download any material, modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of Bite Size Nutrition. This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips, and/or copying account information.

Mobile Application License

Company hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use our mobile applications downloaded from a legitimate marketplace, solely for your personal use for strictly lawful purposes.

Content Submitted by Site Users

If you do post content to our Site or App or otherwise submit material (including, but not limited to, photographs and testimonials), you grant Company a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You may not post or distribute content that is illegal or that violates these Terms and Conditions. Company reserves the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, and is not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other use of our Site or App.

Safe Dieting and Exercise

Bite Size Nutrition Support wants you to eat right and reach your nutrition goals, but we want more than anything for you to do it safely. We want you to succeed but our information and services are provided strictly for informational purposes, and we cannot be held liable if you get injured, or something goes wrong. You are ultimately responsible for your safety and wellbeing. Any exercise or nutrition tip offered by Bite Size Nutrition Support should never be at the expense of your knowledge and judgment about your body, or actual medical device from your medical professional.

BE SAFE: Our utmost priority is always our customers’ safety. Everyone is different, and participating in any diet, exercise, physical activity, or utilizing exercise and nutrition advice is done at your own risk. You agree that you are utilizing the services and information on our website and/or mobile application based on your own free will. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with any of the services provided on the Bite Size Nutrition Support Site and App.

Recurring Membership; Automatic Renewal

We offer month to month, 3-month, 6-month, and annual subscription plans (“Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the Subscription rate agreed at the time of signing, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. You may pay subscriptions as one initial pre-payment or we will automatically process your monthly fee each month at the agreed upon rate. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. We will automatically renew your Subscription and charge your Payment Method based on your subscription level.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription with at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to your billing date, by sending us an email, contact@bitesizenutritionsupport.com.  If notice of cancellation is dated less than 30 days from your billing date, you will be charged the upcoming Subscription fee.

For 3-month, 6-month, or annual Subscriptions, you may request the Subscription be “turned off” – meaning we will cancel the next automatic renewal of the subscription. These Subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term. To “turn off” your Subscription, please email us at, contact@bitesizenutritionsupport.com.
